John & Rachel Hickey

We've been preparing for this for quite some time now, and we believe that this is the right time for us to fully embrace this next season of our life.

Volunteers are what makes this ministry work! Even though I serve as a leader within IOM America, I lead as a volunteer.

Team IOM, unites the skills and experiences of workers of the CROSS!  Through our volunteer writers, editors, ministers, IT specialists, portal & worldview directors - we rapidly deploy workers for the International Fellowship of Exchanged Life network.

Thank you for your interest. Becoming an integrated volunteer worker is easy – simply begin “forwarding” links of interest. If you are interested in applying to be a “core” IOM volunteer, as in – editing, internet service developer, teacher, writer etc., there is a detailed process applicants must fulfill.  In September of 2018, the Board of Regents set in motion guidelines for IOM core volunteers. These new guidelines are stated below and must be completed in the order they are listed:

  1. Have studied the Statement of Faith & agreed to its content: HERE

  2. Reviewed and studied the Vision, Mission & Value page: HERE

  3. Successfully graduate from the online course CLW102 | IM Spiritual Worldview: HERE

  4. Go through basic discipleship with the Founder of IOM. This will occur within the IM Spiritual Worldview online course.

  5. Study the Exchanged Life Workers foundational article: HERE

  6. Successfully graduate from the online course CLW100 | Exchanged Life Terms & Definitions: HERE

  7. Write a thesis paper regarding the overall content learned in 1-6.

  8. If and when the IM Board of Regents decides to move forward, the applicant is given their first testing-task.

  9. If and when approved, the applicant is reviewed for a position within the IOM core volunteer team.

If time, or other reasons, doesn’t allow you to fulfill the 9-steps, you need not apply to become a "core" IOM worker. Again, thank you for considering joining the IOM volunteer team.
