About The Founder
My primary objective is to equip individuals through the believer's identity in Christ - all based on the message of identification with Christ in His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension. My passion is to deliver this message to a worldwide audience by making use of the internet, live presentations, writing, podcasting & through the effective use of media.
Dr. Phinney holds degrees in Psychology, Counseling Psychology and Ministry. However, he does not believe having a degree qualifies anyone, nor is it necessary, to administer Biblical Truths. He believes that all indwelt Christians have the power to minister without institutional certification.
Stephen has authored multiple books/teaching series on spiritual growth and has published over 900 online articles, booklets & audio/video media productions - all assisting others in their spiritual growth through the indwelling Life of Christ.

MEET THE COUPLE
"Our family is our legacy!"
They are dedicated to the institution of marriage, multi-generational family development, and local multi-generational family church development.
Stephen & Jane have been married for over 40 years and have three grown children: Abigail (husband, Quintin Eason), Elizabeth (husband, Nathan Ford) and Jessica. Jane & Steve have also been blessed with many grandchildren - ten through their daughters & nineteen by way of their "spiritual" children. Both consider their grandchildren to be their greatest legacy.
Expressionist Stephen Phinney has created his own medium of art, a careful blend of acrylic paints with Italian Refined Bone Pastels. This medium provides the "glassy" highlights of acrylics while leaving a residue of dry dust calcium on the canvas. He makes use of the "old style" "finger blending" as the canvas base.
Most of the artist's masters clearly depict segments of the Life of Jesus Christ.
