We Have Great News
We are considering moving our International Headquarters to a centrally located community that is active in supporting faith-based organizations - more importantly, a community that is proactive with surrounding colleges & ministries that focus on a Christian worldview for the youth of tomorrow. We are in the process of visiting & interviewing several communities throughout the Midwest.
Greetings! We have exciting news!
As many of our readers & viewers know, the Institute of Ministry (IOM America) is presently headquartered in Sterling, KS.
Recently, our ministry’s leadership has challenged us to consider moving our International Headquarters to a centrally located community that is active in supporting faith-based organizations - more importantly, a community that is proactive with surrounding colleges & ministries that focus on a Christian worldview for the youth and adults alike. We are in the process of visiting & interviewing several communities throughout the Midwest.
In short, our confession is that worldview is birthed through personal identity! Therefore, it is critical for our students first understand who they are in Christ before they can lead another in such a discovery. We aim to integrate the identification truths of who the believer is in Christ in all aspects of ministry communication. It is our experience that if any ministry, or its workers, focus on worldview issues before they gain an experiential understanding of the power of the Cross, these workers could lead the Church away from the Truth.
Since 2001, we have established what we call, Identity Matters Worldview Centers throughout remote parts of the world. We are now in the phase of building our American Identity Matters Worldview Center, which requires selecting a community that will help us sustain the Center’s objectives. Our goal is to make this transition by the end of 2020. Please review the details below.
IDENTITY MATTERS WORLDVIEW CENTERS
Our objective, advancing the Exchanged Life Global Initiative, which has provided the ministry with a proactive pro-vision, revitalize a Christ-as-Life Worldview in uniting true believers & workers worldwide. Our efforts strongly hinge on the IFEL, International Fellowship of Exchanged Life: an e-community that will continue to provide workers of the Cross throughout the world with a single online community.
Each Identity Matters Worldview Center is designed to provide the learner with an experience that centers upon the integration process of a strong Christ-as-Life worldview, faith, and what IOM coins as, the 12-Points of Transformation. The student will grow their Christian faith and become acutely aware of how their self-life behavior wars against the Word of God, all the while learning about, and embracing, a Biblical worldview. Our global centers provide worldview events, conducting local training on levels of training offered by IFEL and their associates.
Sample Training Venues:
CLW101 | Understanding Individualized Worldview
CLW102 | Identity Markers of Culture & Faith

Our objective is to work “hand-in-hand” with churches, ministries & institutions of higher education that focus on the youth of tomorrow.
IOM America is proactive in supporting and/or working with the following worldview institutions:
Barna Group, Impact 360, Summit Ministries, Generational Ethics Broadcast Network, Sean McDowell, World Magazine, Oxford Graduate School, AFA – American Family Association, The Truth Project, & others.
