Jessica Phinney — Executive Assistant

Jessica is the youngest daughter of Steve and Jane Phinney. She is the Executive Assistant and Office Administrator. She is active in leading one of IOM's small groups for women. Jess is enrolled in the training program at IOM with hopes in becoming a lay-counselor. She is a blessing to the ministry and the team she serves.

Paul Knight — Assisant Director of Men's Ministry

Paul provides IOM with small group leadership and supervises the Men Mapping Outreach Ministries, a ministry sub-division of IOM America. Paul has served with Steve Phinney in ministry for over 10 years. His experience in counseling/discipleship has become a valued aspect to the ministry.

Jane Phinney — Chief Editor & Director of Women's Ministries

Jane offers the ministry one of it's most critical roles, that of editing and oversight of content. Her leadership with the women's ministry is foundational to small groups, materials development and discipleship. Probably the most important role she operates in is that of wife of the CEO. Jane is gifted with intercessory prayer and spiritual discernment.

Sky Parker — Director of Valiant Warriors

Sky has been a part of IOM, primarily through the Men Mapping Outreach Ministries, almost since it's conception. His small group leadership with young men is outstanding. His ability to mentor young men in the truths of the exchange life is respected and treasured by many. He and his wife Leah are expecting their first child.

John and Rachel have been associated with the ministry since it's founding. They have been active as supporters, small group leaders, materials development and conference volunteers for many years. Steve Phinney — Cofounder & CEO

Steve is a professional counselor and conference speaker who has been in the professional people-helping field for over 30 years. His experience includes social work, care & guidance for the handicapped, individual & family/child therapy, mentorship, small group leadership, in-patient care, leadership development, and pastoring.

He is the author of works such as Faithful Father, Sexual Temptations of Man, Knowing Your Spiritual Gifts, Men & Warfare, The Principled Patriarch and others. His love for Christ is contagious and devotion to helping people is refreshing.

Rick Kratz—Small Group Leader, Editor & Board Member

Rick is one of Steve's most faithful friends and fellow prayer warriors. His leadership to IOM as chairman of the board, small group leader, editor, prayer team member and financial advisor is cherished. He and his wife Donna have been blessed with two great children. His desire to serve others is evident to all those that know him.

Dave Tees—Small Group Leader

Dave is a dedicated and faithful leader to the men he serves. Dave provides small group leadership through the Men Mapping Outreach Ministries. His straight forward and blunt approach in assisting men is refreshing. His devotion to Christ is a blessing to all.

Kirk Lowery—Small Group Assistant

Kirk is considered one of the fastest growing Christians Steve has worked with to this day. His love for helping the small group ministry of IOM is contagious. He mentors several other men, even though his salvation in Christ is relatively new. Kirk is Steve's small group assistant, an IOM intern and trainee.

Lisa Fulkerson—Intern & Marriage Conference Coordinator

Lisa is the mother of six children and a dedicated wife to Mike. Her love for learning the exchange life truths are commendable. She is an active intern and trainee in the IOM Discipleship Training program. She assists in the coordination of the marriage conference ministry of IOM. Her servants heart is deeply appreciated by all of us at the ministry.

Laura Cameron—Professional Editor, Organizational Manager & Intern

Laura's skills as a professional editor and corporate organizational consultant have become a major blessing for our ministry. Her skills can be seen in the new book by Stephen Phinney, The Hebrew Family. She not only provides organizational ideas for the ministry but she is an active member of the IOM Intern program. Her zest for order and life are a true asset to the ministry. Welcome Laura to the team!

Joseph Kezele, MD—Editor, Board Member & Consultant

Bio - Married 22 years to Patty, 3 children: Matthew, Sarah and Andrew. Served as an Emergency Physician for 23 years.

Current: Presently serves as President of the Arizona Origin Science Association, a young-Earth Creation Ministry.

I decided to serve on the IOM Board, edit and consult in order to use my abilities to give back to the ministry, in order to help it grow and be able to reach many more people with life changing teaching and counseling, enabling them to become more like Christ and to be better equipped to share His truth with others.

Testimony: This Ministry helped me to deal with family and life issues by enabling me to see that doing good things is not adequate, but rather I need to be doing the specific good things my Heavenly Father wants me to be doing to fulfill His plan for me and for others. By going through the counseling process and being trained to think in these new ways, I became better equipped as a husband, father, servant at church and leader at work. Part of this was learning to recognize how others may be trying to manipulate me and how to respond to that in a constructive fashion. Another part was learning to make better use of leadership skills to serve the Lord in all of these roles He has given to me to fulfill.

A special consideration needs to go to our interns and trainees at IOM. Their sacrificial efforts in learning and appropriating the truths presented through the ministry is to be applauded.
