Vision
The Institute of Ministry is a Christ-centered, nonprofit, 501c3 ministry dedicated to building up and equipping the body of Christ for the work of service.
Mission
IOM America is committed to provide practical training and discipleship/counseling for the purpose of developing individual spiritual gifts, refining existing strengths and abilities, and by teaching new skills to further equip the body of Christ with Biblical tools for spiritual freedom.
Purpose
IOM purposes to establish and develop the interpersonal skills and spiritual gifts of all individuals and church/ministry leaders that become involved with IOM America.
IOM's primary objective is to encourage and help individuals become all that Christ intends for them to be in the seven areas of life:
Spiritual
Psychological
Physical
Social
Financial
Marital
Parental
The Institute offers ongoing training in the 7 Areas of Life in order to build a Godly confidence in allowing Christ to do His work in and through them.
Overall, the Institute believes in building a Christ-centered community through the personal development of each individual.
